Here it is, September already. We begin meeting this week, Friday, September 7th.
A few announcements and reminders:
The circle parking in front of the church is reserved for the directors, as they have a lot to load and unload each week. Parking can be found in the lot to the east of the church.
Please have your student bring a water bottle to rehearsals each week, so our group isn't using the disposable cups in the church kitchen.
There is a nursery available but I need someone to commit to making sure that it is left clean and orderly each Friday. If the room is found messy, we will lose use of the nursery. There is access to a vacuum when necessary.
In the back of the church, is a counter that will have envelopes for fee payments. Payment is made to individual directors and placed in the envelope with the director's name. In addition to that, please check the roster for your student's name and add your email address and cell phone number, if it is not already listed.
We are guests of the church, and need to be good stewards of the building and property. If shoes are muddy, they should be taken off before entering either building. We need to be mindful of the care and use of the church and parsonage.
If your student(s) will be missing a rehearsal, please send me a text or email, so I can let the directors know of the absences. We hope that there are few absences, but also appreciate kids not attending when they are ill.
There is still time for families to enroll, if you know of anyone that is interested. If you have referred a family, and they have signed up for a group that your kids have enrolled in, please let me know before you pay your fees, as there is a referral discount.
